A confidential pharmaceutical organization is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Pharmacovigilance Pharmacist to support drug safety and regulatory compliance. This work-from-home role allows pharmacists to contribute to the monitoring of adverse events, post-marketing surveillance, and safety reporting — without needing prior pharma experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, evaluate, and document adverse event reports for marketed and investigational products.
- Conduct literature reviews and safety signal detection activities.
- Prepare safety narratives and case documentation in accordance with FDA and global guidelines.
- Collaborate with safety physicians, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs teams.
- Ensure compliance with Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP), FDA, and ICH regulations.
- Assist with safety database entry, audits, and quality reviews.
What You’ll Bring
- Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree.
- Licensure: Active pharmacist license in the U.S.
- Experience: Pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or regulatory experience preferred — pharmacists from retail, hospital, or managed care with strong attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Excellent written communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
