Key Responsibilities
- Support prescribers and patients through the prior-authorization and coverage process.
- Identify eligibility for manufacturer assistance, co-pay support, and patient assistance programs.
- Coordinate with providers, case managers, and payers to ensure timely approval and delivery.
- Educate patients and staff on insurance coverage, financial resources, and access options.
- Track outcomes and continuously improve processes that reduce barriers to care.
What You’ll Bring
- Education: PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy.
- Licensure: Active U.S. pharmacist license.
- Experience: Managed care, patient access, or specialty preferred. Hospital, ambulatory, and community pharmacists interested in transitioning are welcome.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and a strong patient-advocacy mindset
